Misty had her puppies! Misty was a super MOM during the whole labor process. She was showing signs of labor for the last 2 days but hard labor began late last night. This is her first litter and she seems to be taking to motherhood very fast. Throughout the whole delivery she was gentle, calm, and patient with us as we handled the puppies and made sure they were breathing.
Her first puppy made his debut at about 3am. She had seven total and finished by 9:15am. I don't know about you but I am sure it would have taken me much longer to bounce back from having that many babies! Five of the seven puppies have perfect Husky markings and coloring. The other two puppies have gorgeous wolf sable coats.
Misty is a Purebred Siberian Husky and Charlie is a 25/75 (25% Siberian Husky/75% Pomeranian) Pomsky. This makes this litter an F2 generation. They will most likely be in the 20lb to 30lb range.
